We are located at 220 W. Mercer St., Suite 110, on lower Queen Anne between 2nd Ave. W. and 3rd Ave. W. on the North side of Mercer St. The parking garage entrance is located on 3rd Ave W. immediately off Mercer St.

From I-5 (north or south)

• Take Mercer Street exit - stay in right-hand lane
• At the traffic light turn right - onto Fairview and stay in middle lane
• Turn left onto Broadview and stay in the middle lane.
• Travel West towards the Space Needle.
• Turn Right onto Denny Ave.
• Turn right at 1st Ave N. Go through 3 stoplights to Mercer St.
• Turn left onto Mercer St.
• Go through 2 stoplights, then turn Right onto 3rd Ave. W.
  
• The Parking garage entrance is on your immediate Right.
  

From Ballard

• Travel south over the Ballard Bridge towards downtown Seattle
• Turn Left on Mercer at stop light.  Go up over hill
• Take a left on 3rd Ave West
• Parking garage entrance is immediately on your right
