Glycolic peel treatment (alpha hydroxy acid): Glycolic acid itself is derived from sugar cane. This light peel is a non-wounding glycolic solution applied to the surface of the skin. It mildly exfoliates dead cells that form on the epidermis, thus revitalizing photo-damaged skin and reducing fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment can be performed on all skin types and is recommended for most people as part of a regular skin care regimen. It is the mildest treatment with no recovery time.
A Glycolic peel treatment will beautifully brighten dull looking skin and activate cell renewal which helps with collagen reproduction.
Salicylic peel treatment (beta hydroxy acid): Salicylic acid is derived from willow bark. This light peel revitalizes sensitive skin and improves the appearance of problematic or oily/acne prone skin. Repeated treatments, as recommended, help to control breakouts.
Similar to the Glycolic peel, this treatment brightens skin. However a mild flaking of the superficial dead skin cells may occur a day or two after treatment depending on your skin. Results are best after the flaking has subsided.
